Summer's here and the livin' is easy...well, if you have a food processor to make watermelon soup!  In this class of delectable dishes, your tongue will go to a healing spa while your funny bone goes to summer camp.  Come learn from Jessica as she whips up quick, easy and delicious dishes while dispensing macro (and vegan) wisdom.

With so much interest in food these days--its quality, source and the ethics of production--there is an equal amount of confusion.  In her dinner lecture "Macrobiotics for Vegans", Jessica Porter clarifies the significant similarities--and equally considerable differences--between these approaches to food and lifestyle.  Co-writer of Alicia Silverstone's New York Time's Bestseller The Kind Diet, author of The Hip Chick's Guide to Macrobiotics, and former performer at the Comedy Connection, Jessica is an informed, experienced and hilarious speaker.  She is devoted to helping vegans make ethical choice while supporting their own health at the same time.
