Cost for whole series paid in advance by January 2nd is $210.00  After that it's $40.00 per class $45.00 for dessert class.

She has a BA/BS degree in Holistic Nutrition from Lesley College. In addition, she studied Macrobiotic cooking at the Kushi Institute in Becket, MA and at the International Macrobiotic Institute inKiental, Switzerland. Lisa is the founder of the Five Seasons Whole Foods Cooking Schoolin Portland. Osteoporosis and bone issues are a growing epidemic here in the U.S.  In fact, this
country is one of the largest consumers of dairy products in the world and yet we 
also have one of the highest rates of osteoporosis.  Weren't we all told to drink our
milk to have strong bones?  What is the missing link?  What is the real issue with
our bones?  How do we support them throughout our life?
Warren will demystify this growing health issue.

Delicious Gluten Free Macrobiotic Cooking
Many people are finding out that they simply cannot tolerate gluten in
their diet.  Gluten free certainly does not mean no options and tasteless food.
Warren will demonstrate wonderful dishes that are delicious and free of gluten.
A full meal will be served and recipes provided
