January 12th Intro to Macrobiotics and Soups
January 19th Learn how to cook whole grain dishes Brown Rice, barley, quinoa and more!!!
January, 26th Beans, Tofu and Tempeh
February 2nd Vegetables and Sea vegtables
February 9th Delicious Wholesome desserts!
February 16h Menu planning, how to put it all together!! Will be making a full meal.
Cost for whole series paid in advance by January 8th is $180.00 After that it's $35.00 per class $40.00 for dessert class.
